Not sure what beef the one reviewer has but with the immature verbiage I am certain it’s an attack out of anger, perhaps he/she needs to look within him/herself. The CEO/owner of this company expects the best of himself and is committed to the very highest in customer satisfaction so there is no reason why he wouldn’t or shouldn’t also expect the same from his staff. This may not be the place to work if you are not 100% committed, not 100% engaged, or not 100% willing to perform at a high standard but if you are the type of employee who is reliable, respectful, and willing to be part of the team and move things forward then you would LOVE it there. The CEO expects a lot but in turn gives a lot! This company has placed high in the Philly 100 three years in a row, must be doing something right! Fabulous company that has already proved its worth to its clients!

This was brought to my attention by one of my ex colleagues whom actively monitors this page. It’s a shame the business owner two posts below takes the initiative, to publically call out and attack a previous employee. This should speak volumes for just the type of character he really is, and how he lashes out at his employees with hysterics when called from his castle in the air to reality. In trying to pinpoint the source of his repugnant reviews, he fell face first on the pavement summoning the wrong person. The reality nobody is grumpy , in fact being perfectly truthful leaving in such a way couldn’t have been more flawless. The issues at hand were conveyed countless times via talk, email, et cetera and were either ignored or excuses made. When finally getting to the conclusion that your time, efforts, and assistance are of no value to someone you stop caring and come to the realization that moving on is in your best interest. Poor performance, try more like no longer caring and focusing on exiting the situation with the best possible outcome. Being in that situation forces calling off to attend interviews at random times, usually on short notice. The final exit wasn’t exactly how you think. A higher position with a truly reputable company lined up and a confirmed start date less than two weeks away. Before I forget almost triple the salary (They don’t hire on random online classified sites). Being sick and not coming in just delayed the “I resign”. The move felt justified, giving notice was not deserved. There was never notice when getting paid was going to be a week late, or when travel expenses weren’t going to be reimbursed for a year until you change the company policy as a last minute excuse to not pay up twelve months later. Not comprehending reality and letting someone go who already quit, is quite mirthful. It’s hard to have an adult discussion with someone who goes off on a tangent when someone presents information other than him being right. The work quality, a wise man says, “Never do what you do best for the ungrateful”. Stop expecting wine when paying cheap beer prices. Expounding expertise, see in this line of work it’s a good idea to learn new technologies on a regular basis. Sticking to ten to fifteen year old software because it’s what you know causes issues in the long run. Note things were being automated and advancing at the sites I frequented. See I believe in fairness, you got what you paid for which was less than even some dead end jobs.

Taking precious time to respond to reviews. Do you have a guilty conscience? See I would be actually busy, hence why I have to lose an hour of sleep to respond to being summoned for a review that is not my own. A professional would see them and say what am I doing wrong? Well I will provide a service and tell you. Look at who you hire, when working I could count two using illegal narcotics; I was not one of them and will not say any names. One was doing it in the parking lot of a job site when working a job he was sent to help with. I wasn’t getting paid enough to babysit. I also don’t get involved with what other people do, when it doesn’t involve me.
