Management and senior leadership have all been here forever. If you’re willing to contribute and put forth an honest effort, you will succeed here. Clients operate at the forefront of life sciences, meaning you’re actually contributing to overall human health (as in: not helping big pharma peddle painkillers).

This is a self-starter environment that rewards initiative and accountability. If you’re looking for a large corporate structure where you can stay under the radar and coast, this may not be the right fit.
