Vantaggi

The facility and co-workers and they give you beer after hours if there is a party (helps with the terrible environment)

Svantaggi

Management! Management! Management! HR! HR! HR! lack of respect The Morale is at a dangerous low unless changes are made this place will not last. You have young managers who don't have any training in managing. You have people starting not receiving any training before they step in the door. I have had too many inappropriate "Black" jokes than I can count which doesn't make sense when you see I am not laughing and I tell you I dont think its funny but the MANAGEMENT are the ones making the jokes and now I have to go through hell cause i stood for myself HR and management are best friends so if you make a complaint it will be talked about when they have lunch together and it won't be resolved Seen a employee get in trouble for being off the clock and taking a nap in the break room the turnover rate here is the highest I have ever seen and I have worked in a lot of stressful environments but this place is losing employees to office politics

Vantaggi

Great culture, amazing people more than happy to work together and roll their sleeves up, and meaningful work. The company is growing like crazy! Lots of opportunity for growth. Leadership is open to (and encourages) innovation and ownership of your role.

Svantaggi

Not all processes are ironed out, which can lead to confusion and mistakes. The acquired branches can feel separate from HQ culturally which are things you'd expect from a company growing at light speed. Can be overwhelming at times, so you have to be really disciplined in your time management.

Vantaggi

I honestly can’t think of any pros. When people say it’s “the people,” it feels like a default response because there aren’t clear positives.

Svantaggi

This is one of the most poorly run companies I’ve worked for. There is virtually no onboarding or training for new hires. Expectations are unclear, documentation is lacking, and employees are left to figure things out on their own with little guidance or direction. Leadership communication is minimal. Managers are largely disengaged, provide little feedback, and rarely check in unless something goes wrong. There is no clear vision or alignment, which creates constant confusion across teams. The culture is not collaborative. When you ask questions, people often deflect or redirect you instead of helping. Knowledge is siloed, accountability is avoided, and simple tasks become unnecessarily difficult. Compensation is below national averages, which is frustrating when they talk about company growth constantly. The office environment and equipment are outdated and the company is extremely cheap in all the wrong places — cutting costs at the expense of employee productivity and morale. Morale overall is very low. Many employees openly express dissatisfaction and burnout, and negative sentiment is widespread. Executive Leadership / Nepotism The CEO and CMO (who is also the CEO’s wife) are profoundly disconnected from employees and the operational realities of the company. They frequently walk around the office socializing and openly discussing luxury vacations and personal spending, which feels extremely tone-deaf given that employees are paid below national averages and are expected to work with minimal resources. Ultimately, the culture reflects leadership: disconnected, cheap, and indifferent to employee experience.
