- Management operates like an investment bank and demands are high - Additional weekend work at times - Management has low tolerance for incompetence and troublemakers are really dealt with. - Easily burnt out hence the high turnover

Management is experienced and no nonsense. Adventurous, constant working on trial and error basis. Have nearly found their footing so would be interesting to join the company if you are up a brand building journey.

Startups are not for the faint hearted. There is a lot of optimisation and streamlining, ie -teething issues. Unless you are agile, it is difficult to adapt. Work is constant as the team is lean. Business model is built on lean efficiency. Younger ones tend to have drama which is unnecessary.
