Other staff are amazing, being surrounded by other people who are passionate and truly care is incredible. I've never had such connection and camaraderie with coworkers. Management isn't always supportive, but the rest of the staff would do anything for eachother. The clients are incredible, it's amazing to watch them grow and to be a small part of it. It's also great to be able to provide wrap around services with such a multidisciplinary team. It's amazing to be able to tag someone in when something falls out of ones expertise and see our clients get such amazing support. Management is good supporting in a crisis.

I've been here for four years now, for the reasons above, but as a larger entity, the organization feels pretty soulless. You're essentially just a number. You can do the job of three people, put your heart and soul into everything you do, and there's very little recognition other than a pat on the back and questions about why you aren't doing more. Management is pretty hands off overall and has little knowledge of day to day operations. Lots of big promises about growth within the organization with little to no follow through. Lots of work/lip service put into DEI until it causes actual work or change for the organization. Employees advocating for themselves and others are seen as an inconvenience, I've heard upper management say verbatim "we need to draw attention away from the employee wellness survey."
