Upper management rolling out new processes without having a clear vision on how to effectively operate. Rolling out MULTIPLE processes at one time with a figure it out mentality. Employee retention. No annual raise each year. Overworked and underpaid. End of the year reviews with no benefit from your success. No room for growth.

I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
