The people are one of the best parts of working here. I’ve been able to work on projects that feel meaningful and take on responsibility that helps me develop in my career. The company is changing quickly, so things can move fast, but that also creates opportunities to learn and be involved in a lot.

I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
