At the time it felt like your wellbeing was secondary to getting the job done. Also most of middle management felt the same so they didn’t care to make things any better for those under them.

- You would be able to adequately prepare yourself for other companies similar in the long run. - You are able to stand up for yourself, be prepared, and make the best out of situations. - You become stronger mentally. - You are able to achieve a better job in another development.

- Unusual way of testing loyalty with lies, deceit, and complete disregard for feelings - High possibility of sexual harassment by the board - Jealously for being too productive - Personal mental conflict between the truth/reality of the situation vs keeping your job - Sight of promotions for those doing wrong which may affect you psychologically to doing more wrong
