      awesome people, good growth opportunities if you stick it out, great benefits, decent work life balance, average market pay (better than below market lol), some interesting projects, reputation/history in DFW.

      feels more like an architecture firm than a construction firm Note a very diverse portfolio (eg, mostly healthcare and commercial/higher ed/k12. No data centers, water treatment, advanced manufacturing, etc) Get in line for promotions. Bonuses were very small, raises were minimal.

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
