The Behavior Place is a family oriented company, dedicated to meeting the needs of the families of both clients and employees. The owner has been there for me through some of the hardest times in my life and was compassionate, understanding, and flexible, allowing me to take the time off I needed or rearrange my schedule to suit my needs at the time. The culture at TBP is laid back, though professional. The owner and supervisors work incredibly hard, going above and beyond to meet the needs of the clients AND employees. They are creative, fun, and strive to keep the morale up no matter how hard things get. This place has been a blessing to countless families, including my own.

I do not have any cons to share.

Working for a small company has its pros! This place has a very flexible work environment. They are also able to cater to clients that don't need 30-40 hours per week like other places may require.

The ownership moved from WA to GA, and now VA. Each move has felt like the ownership is more removed and the WA location is kind of forgotten about. Definitely lack of supplies when necessary and little resources.
