On call every other week for 7 days (24hr service) with no compensation for out of hours work. Salary is at or just above minimum wage (EXCLUDING out of hours work) with paltry commission, which they hide behind as their excuse for demanding you work on call. Was paid, including out of hours work, c.£5 an hour. If you complain, they make you feel so uncomfortable that you have to leave. Absolutely diabolical workplace - the fact they place people into employment for a living, yet cannot comply with the same standards for their own staff, is laughable.
