Company is too large so they aren't in a position to look after individual branches and, in turn, their employees. Zero perks. They pay below market value but are reviewing this. Commission structure only rewards endless growth in performance and penalises maintaining a good performance over time (your commission always goes down unless your current month is an improvement on the previous month) Their recruitment policy is very reactive/impulsive which leads to them hiring awful consultants.
