Strict repercussions for working outside of scheduled hours without approval or for being tardy or absent (there is currently a 10-minute window to clock in and out of work. 5 minutes before start/end time to 5 minutes after start/end time). Not completely sure how to communicate with upper management about quality-of-life changes that would make the workplace better. Also be prepared for a lot of standing.
