Horrific - Recensione dipendente - Customer Consultant presso The Body Shop

Spent a little over 5 weeks at this job. Sales driven job like your life depends on signing folk up to the love your body club and add ons. So be expected to do this with every customer or get hounded and moaned at by senior staff. Expect little things you do to be picked and nagged at aswell as getting spoken to in a patronising manner and nagged at infront of customers. Expect cliques and competiveness in regards to sales percentages on the daily. You have to reach a certain percentage a day, if you don’t expect more nagging. Went home in tears most nights. Don’t work in any of the Glasgow stores especially city centre. It will drain you mentally.
