The only pro was that when I was working there, they were doing 10 hr shifts so you could work 4 days, get your 40, and then have a nice 3 day weekend. They dont do that anymore since they are understaffed and cant bring in new people.

Biggest con is going to be your coworkers. They do NOT mind their own business seeing as how their lives are so dull and uninteresting, they will try to make you miserable as well. Save your mental health by avoiding this company. There are many negative reviews about this place for a reason. A girl coworker one day told management I smoked marijuana, and that led to me ultimately losing my job. Talking about a girl I rarely talked to just all of a sudden decided since I didnt pay her attention, she was gonna get rid of me. In the end though, everything worked out in my favor at a different company i actually feel valued at. Another con is the extreme difference in pay rate for everyone. Just because they advertise $16/hr, does not mean you will be getting that. The whole 8 miserable months i had to endure working at this company, not once did i get a single raise. Neither did anyone else except for one person - the same girl that got me let go. Won’t say anything negative about this girl, however I will say this: when you are the manager of a company you are dead wrong if you choose to give your WORST performing employee a raise over everyone else, just because you two have something going on in secret and even knowing that said employee also uses marijuana. One more con would be the severe mismanagement of this place. Just work a few days here and you will understand how incompetent their leadership is. I still keep in contact with a few people that still work at this plant, and its no surprise that they havent changed much and are struggling. They have a problem getting new hires in so expect to do other peoples duties. Oh and they dont do the 4 day 10 hr thing anymore, so the one thing they had going for them is gone.
