Very flexible schedules, the pay is more than decent (considering breakfast clientele aren't looking to blow hundreds on eggs and bacon) , and most of the staff relatively work well together to make shifts easy during service hours. Overall enjoyable and management looks out for their workers.

Miscommunication between BOH and FOH is evident, especially when certain items from the kitchen and the pastry counter run out to which servers aren't always informed of. The management does a good job of helping the servers with the flow of servic , but the owners expect above and beyond participation no matter what situation. Examples include watching through the venue cameras to make sure people don't take quick bites of food, or permit any breaks from an 8 to 3 non stop shift, as that is considered "bad service".
