This company is a revolving door of employees-those who have been here for several years as well as only a few months. Seasoned employees are micromanaged, instead of looking the employees in particular who abuse their break times and consistently go over their PTO. Lots of bad language heard. Certain managers feel they are above the no cell phone rule by looking at their cell phones while being on the floor or on personal phone calls in their office.
