Integration between company divisions could be more cohesive

One of the biggest pros for me is being able to work on a variety of different types of projects which is going to help me grow and develop. The work environment is really great, everyone is really nice and helpful. There is a flexible working approach which is great, you are trusted to do the work you need to do, and you are allowed to start or finish earlier or later. You are expected to be in the office for 2 days a week, WFH 2 days and choose the other 1 day as fits your diary.

The biggest con was that I was worried about joining due to some reviews left on glass door that I reviewed prior to accepting the position, I am SO GLAD I went with my gut because it's a really great place to work and I am very happy. Another con perhaps for some people might be that there is a huge workload, personally, i like that kind of environment but I know that is not for everyone.
