Being at this company for over a decade, I've seen a lot. We've gone from family owned to a more corporate environment. With that comes policy and some personnel changes, as well as growing pains. We've lost some perks but gained better insurance, sick time and flexibility. We've moved locations, launched new ERP's and integrated multiple locations into one. Each of these tasks has brought out strengths and weaknesses in the organization as a whole. I can't say that it's always been easy, but we have stuck together as a team and overcome each of the obstacles. The company has navigated the evolving changes in the pandemic with transparency and compassion. The leadership team is committed to coaching up and promoting from within the company whenever possible.
