The Center is completely out of touch with the majority of the human rights and gender equality movement. It reinforces and replicates structures of discrimination, with employees of color being pushed out if they voice disagreement with leadership. Top down approach, no consultation with staff, donor-driven conservative leadership, US centered and centering and no knowledge of global dynamics.
