I have worked for the channel company for 5 years and have been in the industry for 20. Anyone in the technology industry knows how quickly it changes and this company has adopted well having to reinvent themselves several times. This is driven by an exceptional leadership team who made conscious decisions to reinvest profits back into the business rather than keep them personally. Everyone I have seen is treated fairly and if your willing to work hard, the sky is the limit. Management is extremely accessible with feedback is not only encouraged but rewarded if it can help the company. My husband works for a 2 Billion dollar tech company and the benefits at the channel company are not only cheaper but better than his. This is because the company funds a larger than standard portion of the premium and also offers a 401k match which are not typical of a company this size. The company is respected in its industry and leadership has relationships at the highest levels in technology. Lastly, management has set polices and procedures that are considerate of working mothers and are very flexible. I cant speak for some of the other divisions but in my area, there is a feeling of teamwork and a "we are all in this together" approach. Communication from the top is excellent with the CEO having quarterly town halls and even group lunches with each team. Looking back, coming here was the best decision I ever made.

Nothing significant I can think of but if i had to stretch, sometimes its had to get your co workers but that comes from having 3 seperate locations (one west coast) across the company and a work environment that encourages flex hours. That said, I cant recall any time that my manger (or his manager) did not return my phone call.
