Too much favoritism in the NY market. Management micromanages too much and there is too much politicing going on. No matter how great of a job you do, they will try to find something negative to focus on, totally disregarding all the great you've done. They don't follow the example/principles set out by corporate in Dallas. They need to get a whole new management team with the exception of one or two of the managers because obviously the visits and re-training of management is NOT working.
