There are fake people who put on a show with customers and then act miserable behind closed doors. When you need a day off you need to request it a month in advance or find someone to switch hours for you- as a part-timer who has the time to track ppl down to take your hours?? There is no real teamwork- if you ask a question you get treated as a reject. Management is never on the sales floor- always behind closed doors apparently "working"...they expect you to do weekly voicemails to them to tell them about your experience for the week- waste of time!
