      Super frequent training classes means they are willing to spend money on their employees. Achievements are congratulated and celebrated and only positive feedback is mentioned.

      It's kinda like they want you trained to be a Stepford Wife. Most managers use cut out words that do not always seem genuine.

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
