They want to "want" to be great.

They ask their employees to do the job of 3 good people which = 1 great person. All that happens is that a great person ends of doing 3 things ok because you dont have the time or resources to handle more. They dont have professional growth opportunities. You dont know what role is next to work towards and they dont either. Their employees, for the most part, have then there for YEARS and in the same positions that they started.
