      Great culture and fairly open communication. We were never required to work overtime but it was available periodically.

      Pay was not very competitive and the periodic raises were not very significant.

      Decent pay for the most part

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
