Employee experience consistently compromised by lack of benefits, low pay for work expected, stopped 401K match, low level reliability of systems efficiencies. As well as an underlying dishonesty with how poorly the business is being managed from the corporate level. Attrition is extremely high and increasing with store management teams, in home designers. Store needs are not being met as dwindling capital expense budgets cause employees to work in dirty stores that wait years for repair.
