Vantaggi
A true hybrid schedule (3 days in office, two days remote). I have experienced roles fully onsite and fully remote and hybrid has been the best of both worlds. Of course, with life incidents there was flexibility the days you were on site. I never felt micromanaged and the environment was not toxic. However, there was stress given the uncertainty of the company and of course during understaffed times. Nevertheless, I was given a lot of independence to accomplish my tasks. The individuals in charge of the company culture, did put effort to come up with events allowing people from different departments to meet, or simply engage with your coworkers. -Medical benefits were available
Svantaggi
-Cafeteria was taken down due to the hybrid schedule and to reduce costs -Very low raises, almost did not make a salary difference -No bonuses, no 401K, no HSA, no promotions. All the above did take place given the low profitability of the company, but the overall environment was a positive an made the lack of such benefits bearable, at least for a while.
