Micromanaging - the creative director/owner is a mega ego maniac that will always shut down your ideas, and then when everything goes down, he will constantly blame someone else. Gaslighting his employees is not a rare instance either. zero creativity, just copying existing work. the insane deadlines that will lead to insane amount of overtime that is not paid and will not be eligible for comp off either. if I can rate this with negative stars, I would.
