Paid breaks. Fabulous colleagues. Fast paced. Real results for clients. Induction and continued learning good. MAYBO training is fabulous and real.

Bums in beds mentality. Glossing over the cracks. Current CEO (not one named here) seems to be a bit odd. "Consultant" nurse who knows nothing but can talk the talk. Blames others but offers no support; time will tell;

Staff are fantastic, service users are extremely well looked after, food is brilliant, the unit is fantastically clean. Working here is a privilege, I would highly recommend vacancies here to my friends and family. I enjoy coming to work despite having to cycle 12 miles round trip, it is worth it.

As great as it is that service users get better and move on it's a really sad time when people you've grown to love leave the home.
