Excellent salary. Every year you get two bonus which equals your basic salary. Profit Sharing. 15 Sick Leave. 22 Annual Leave. 15 Public Leave. Management is very approachable. Excell training.

Even though management is very approachable they can't do anything. They are helpless. Everything is controlled from Dubai. Agents are literally treated as third world agent. If a dubai agent makes same mistake as you, he won't be affected but you will be sent a warning. No respect by colleagues from other part of world. Be ready to experience school days. They will decide where you will sit. You need to carry two lockers one for your personal stuff and one for mobile. You can't be late even for a minute other wise you will be sent back. Mandatory overtime. Growth is very slow. Except to go to next level after 4yrs
