Some over time are not paid need to be ready to work 10 or 15 minutes before starting time, often finished later and over time less then 15 minutes are not paid. We have to pay British pound 0,50 for charity every single Friday from our wages, have to pay 1 British Pound for birthday of the colleagues and bosses, where i am working it s about 200 and 300 staffs in Manchester so it s a lot of birthdays and money to pay at the end of the year. This money it s collected by manager, team leader or people from training department, also they some time make a list to make sure every one it s paying for it!!!!!
