-good brand image to be part of -discounted travel -feeling part of a team, some good people to work with

Svantaggi

-pay is very low, bonuses are continuously made harder to get through an outdated review system -very few career opportunities, a lot of people working for emirates have got skills and degrees that will never be taken into account -bureaucratic structure giving little flexibility -work rosters are published sometimes a few weeks in advance, which makes it hard to plan ahead anything -be prepared to be treated like a robot
