      - Benefits ( free accomodation/ house allowance, free bills, discounts in restaurants, gym, clubs, beach resorts, hotels) - Free training course+uniform items - Good flying benefits ( also with other airlines) - Working in a multicultural environment - Very nice work destinations.

      - Extremely long shifts, with very few rest breaks on the flights. - Very strict work environment ( working schedule, grooming rules, behaviour towards customers) - Very slow career upgrade. - Very strict sick leave policy.
