There is no management layers and working here feels like working with like minded friends. Design and choose your own future path of assignments. You will have the opportunity to choose which assignment you want and say no to other opportunities. All employees(-1) are like minded engineers and are eager to share and learn. Always someone around to help you if you ask. Not expected to come to the office and thus you can work from home all week. Working hours can be arranged flexibly

Since the company is still small, what you personally get out of working here really depends on your consultancy assignments and effort you put into them. You need to know what you want to do and get assignments that help you grow into that direction. Mentorship and coaching is not something that is currently actively done.
