3yWe have been in business for over 30 years and that would not have been the case if ‘no one in management knows what they’re doing’.
I am the owner you call ‘dreadful’ but it would help others as well as me if you had chosen to explain why.
We are a fresh food business and pre-Christmas is our busiest time. Working overtime then is expected but not compulsory. Hourly-paid workers as you would have been would have been made aware of expected overtime before you joined, and of course you would have been paid for it that work in full.
