Pay is poor, hard pysichal work

Great team, good hygiene standarts, the hourly rate for a normal employee would be fine in a normal 40h long week, for a supervisor it's a joke.

"Temporary staff problems" are just an excuse. Don't expect working normal 40h weeks, 50-60h a week is a sad norm, and it involves plenty of heavy lifting. Forget about any private life and hobbies, you only live for work now. The company constantly complains about lack of people willing to work for them, but in the same time they treat their employees like single-use tools, not humans.
