First let me say that I was worried coming back into a rv dealership and how they might do business, having worked for one before that wasnt customer focused. Well let me tell you this is a place that stands behind the customer focus all dealerships should strive for. They work very hard to take care of their customers and a lot of the time it is regardless of cost to the bottom line. They treat the employees like people not just a number. They take time to make sure people fit into the culture of integrity, honesty and service. They have a Great benefits package .
