very private sector culture... although this is social housing and very much public sector.. the culture is very private very PR, brand guidelines. Everyone stays quiet and is scared of the CEO

The pay is good and some people are lovely.

- Extremely process heavy, micro-managing organisation, sometimes it's difficult to believe the hoops you need to get through to achieve something basic. - The Head Of of my team was unbearable. He was too difficult to work with and had really made life difficult for rest of the team members. He is a buzzword leader. He created so many processes, contracts, policies, and strategic approaches; never truly listened to anyone and threw people under the bus for his fallouts- it was really difficult. Thanks God I am out!
