The staff are/were friendly but most of them of have quit.

Very high turnover and continuity is practically nonexistent. The Gummer Group is a revolving door of staff and employees rarely stay long enough to get promoted. Difficult for new employees to get the training/help they need to perform well because most of the staff is also relatively new. There are many reasons why staff quit/are let go so often but it mostly falls on ownership. Pay is also below average.
