No there's no cons so far and I love working at the hanley

Great benefits package. Lots of extras to gain from and look after you with. Departments are all small so everyone knows each other. Majority of the senior management (CEO, FD etc.) are very approachable and personable, and like to get around and see everyone. WFH available where others don't offer that.

Poor quality computer systems. Frequently shifting things around without letting staff know (technology and phonelines) so customers got mixed messages. Additional senior management have come in and have caused a divide on a "them and us" vibe. While good to see proactive changes to market, changes have caused many to leave because of over-communication. Staff don't want to be told they aren't skilled enough to get to where the company wants to be. Just offer more training. Promotion/growth options minimal at best.
