It really feels like a family of passionate and invested individuals that have the opportunity to make a real difference. Staff are also encouraged to practice self-care and policies are set up to prevent burnout and make it a great place to make an impact.

There are no cons that have come across my radar in the year that I have been interning. The program model and leadership make it a great place to work, and be able to see the impact of your efforts.
