This is a straight commission salary job with mandatory 45+ hour work week and quotas. Quotas are impossible to reach, so salary seems like you can make good money, but is less than minimum wage after first month or so. BEWARE their contract and ask why there is such a turnover rate for such a small staff - fewer than 3 have stayed more than 1 year.
Management micro-manages employees and destroys their confidence. Because of their aggressive techniques with staff and clients they don't realize that they loses potential clients. Employees start out positive and work very hard, but management has too great expectations for the current economy and client base. Managers also intimidate and degrade employees in front of entire staff. Stockholm Syndrome infects every employee.
Management stresses hard selling techniques and just wants any sale right now without building confidence with clients who are bombarded by hundreds of recruiting firms that have a reputation.
