The Head Cashiers and other employees are nice, they are good about if you need your schedule changed and making sure your schedule is correct. 2 security officers on duty from opening to close.

A lot of management don't want to do their jobs. They are very very strict about not sitting down. Their systems shut down, freeze, and don't work a lot. They will randomly get rid of your sick time without warning. Communicating is nearly impossible with managers. They will not accept overtime at all in the winter and will cut your hours a lot without warning but hire new people. Big chance you will be the only person on shift during a rush. They don't fire people when they consistently do nothing and are rude to customers, only if your attendance is bad. New hires automatically get 6 a.m. opening shifts. You get 3 day one on one training, and paired up training for a couple more days then you are left on your own from then on. Customers are incredibly rude and impatient and you will get yelled at frequently. The location I work at has a lot of theft and homeless people that come in. They will overbook in slow hours and you will just be standing there banging your head against a wall trying to find something to do for the 3 hours that nobody is in the store. And they lie about not being able to transfer you to a different department because it is full but then hire new people.
