While you are there please check out our newly designed ‘Para to RBT program’. One of our goals as a company is to promote the professional development of our team. We hope that this will have a positive impact since Registered Behavior Technicians are compensated at a higher pay rate and have the ability to gain experience hours for a potential BCBA certification. Additionally, we are working to expand our current training plans for the upcoming school year.
