Awesome culture where people are laid back but also obviously driven and passionate about the work they’re doing. Leadership has a clear vision for the company and how to grow/scale the brand while not losing sight of why people love The Infatuation, and are very transparent about the business. Although you have your job description, you’re also encouraged to take initiative and explore opportunities you’re interested in and shape your role .. which is great but on the flip side can also be a con when figuring out long-term career goals.

We’ve clearly outgrown our office space a while ago, and there’s typical growing pains not just within the physical office but also within departments as the teams hire more and get larger. Health benefits/coverage could be better but leadership is aware and working towards a better offering as the company scales up.
