Vantaggi
- Interview process is great in that the emphasis is not so much on the skills, but more so on you as a person and how willing you are to ask questions and learn. The job is for a consultant and not just an analyst and they strike the balance really well. - Opportunities to get involved in the community, with the company, in wider projects are always there. This includes the clients that the company works with in that they provide a great experience. - The support provided. This is something that I think isn't spoken about a lot but I've worked in places where adequate support isn't provided and you often don't know who to talk to. This isn't a company like that. People willingly want to help you learn and will make time for you, across all areas of work. - The post-training support. The company isn't just done with you after your 2 years but does help you where possible in getting a job afterwards. - The people and social elements. This isn't the company you'd be working until 9 pm every day and they want you to get involved in the social activities - including fitness classes as well as trips abroad. - The company culture is not so traditional but I'd say new and with the times. Tom doesn't feel like a traditional boss with an office and door that is always closed. The same goes for everybody as the office is not like that. There is no obligation to dress smart all of the time and the company takes into consideration sickness/ mental health etc without penalising you or making you feel bad.
Svantaggi
I don't have any real cons apart from missing the office culture since we're still stuck in this pandemic.
