Vantaggi
It has a good mission, which is to develop medical technologies obtained from client hospitals. The job doesn't get boring because you're constantly reviewing new technologies.
Svantaggi
This is a heavily Catholic organization. You will pray before some meetings. They do a good job of creating a team environment through weekly meetings, but it borderlines on being cultish. Again, you will pray before some meetings. Upper management doesn't care about turnover. Three analysts left within a five-month period and management just shrugged their shoulders. The leader of the analyst team used to be a very smart doctor; now a ex-nurse heads it up. Let's just say that there's a reason she didn't go to medical school. This is a place to begin your career, work a couple of years to get experience, then move on. You will constantly argue with colleagues stationed at client hospitals. They will do anything to keep you from rejecting a submission no matter how dumb it may be.
