company culture is great & business model is unique. products being incubated have strong market potential.

Can't think of any cons.

Not much, honestly, this company treats their staff horribly... Unless you're a VP or director.

Constantly state they need to reduce cost while constantly spending frivolously on upper management. They keep their temp. employee's for years with no intention to hire. They constantly ignore the needs of the shop, won't even provide adequate tools for the technicians. Test equipment is straight out of the 70s and just barely get the job done. Shop lead does not set the same expectations for all Tech's, favoritism and brown-nosing galore. Poor Management, projects are never finished on time due to newer tasks and overtime is always need at the end of the month to finish on time. Poor distribution in work load, some Tech's have way too much on their plate while others have barely anything to do.
