Great experience. Face paced allows for a lot of learning.

MSP, Stuck in old ways not willing to allow telework. But basically teleworked from the office. Unwilling to give employee reviews to help career progression/salary progression.

The salary is good. The communication with the colleagues and company is good too. But mainly is full remote job.

It is difficult to deal with the time zone in New Zealand whether you are working in the UK. They do not pay too much attention to the UK market. They are focused to New Zealand and Australia only.
